How it works
In as short as 4 weeks or as many as 12 months, I will...
- support you to see harmful and helpful habits and patterns in your life,
- share research, theory, and concrete practices to help you identify what needs to change in order for you to achieve your own goals (and faster!), and
- help you design 2-4 experiments based on theory to help you experience self-driven change.
